The North Carolina Tar Heels basketball program has one of their toughest non-conference schedules in recent memory.

North Carolina releases 2015-16 non-conference schedule

Five National Championships, 17 current NBA players and one brand new schedule. On Wednesday, the North Carolina Tar Heels basketball program released their 2015-16 non-conference schedule, one of the school’s toughest to date.

Head coach Roy Williams’ program will begin their 2015-16 campaign against Temple quickly followed up by trips to the CBE Hall of Fame Classic, ACC-Big Ten Challenge and CBE Sports Classic.  During that time, the Tar Heels will square off against potential pre-season number one Maryland, UCLA and Texas.

Each contest will be highly important to the team’s seeding criteria come March and will test Williams’ squad early and often.  Below is the full non-conference schedule in its entirety:
