This weekend, one of the biggest fights in recent memory will be taking place when Irish featherweight sensation Conor McGregor challenges Chad Mendes for the interim title. McGregor was initially set to take on featherweight champ Jose Aldo, but an injury forced the UFC to alter their plans.
UFC 189 will also feature another title on the line, with welterweight champion Robbie Lawler defending his belt against Rory MacDonald.
Before the fighters can step into the cage to do battle, they must hit the scale for their official weigh-ins. Those weigh-ins take place today. You can watch the weigh-ins beginning at 7 p.m. ET in the video below. UFC 189 takes place on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
