Michigan’s 2015 tickets are throwbacks to 1927

The Michigan Wolverines have printed out their tickets for the upcoming college football season.

Rather than busting out some new school graphic or an edgy design that will catch the attention of fans, Michigan has gone with a much simpler design that will generate buzz for an entirely different reason.

In the graphic released, you can see that the Michigan Wolverines’ 2015 season tickets have been designed to resemble the tickets from the 1927 season.

1927 was Michigan’s first in its new stadium, Michigan Stadium.

Michigan opens their 2015 campaign against the Utah Utes at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 3.
