It’s amazing what fans will do for the teams they love.
One in particular in East Lansing, Adam Schultz, proved his dedication to the green and white by putting together this solid two-minute hype video teasing the upcoming 2015 college football season.
The video reminds those that watch that Michigan State football is made up of a bunch of blue collar guys and a head coach in Mark Dantonio that will do whatever it takes to contend for a Big Ten title.
With much of the media centered around Ohio State and its recent team issues and revelations, along with the anticipation of first-year head coach Jim Harbaugh on the sidelines this season for in-state rival, Michigan, the Spartans have been somewhat overlooked this summer.
But, coming off a Cotton Bowl victory against Baylor and a top-five finish for the second year in a row last season, Dantonio’s squad is confident they will give the media plenty to talk about this fall.
Fifteen starters return for MSU in 2015, including elite quarterback, senior Connor Cook, and a pair of offensive and defensive lines that may be the best the program has seen in years. Not to mention, the Spartan defense as a group should rank among the nation’s best.
Cook summed up the reality of the Michigan State football team by saying; “We’ve always had a chip on our shoulder no matter what. Since I’ve been here, people have always talked about Michigan and about Ohio State and left us in the dust. So it’s nothing new for me.”
“Things aren’t going to change. We’re still going to come into work every day and try and prove to people that we’re one of the best teams in the Big Ten and one of the best teams in the country.”
