The Alabama quarterback situation still has not been resolved. Senior Jacob Coker, was supposed to run away with the job after losing out on the starting position last year, but that has not been the case.
Incoming freshman Blake Barnett is out to prove why he should be in the running for who will take snaps under center come this fall.
Barnett is on vacation this week, but instead of laying by the pool or heading to the beach, the talented quarterback is spending time with qb guru George Whitfield.

Crimson Tide fans have to be excited about Barnett’s work ethic. The former Elite 11 MVP surely believes he can play right away.
The Barnett era might not start this year, but whenever it does begin, he will be well prepared.
