Wisconsin’s Riley Dearring records his own diss track

Wisconsin Badgers forward Nigel Hayes has started a diss track war, specifically with teammate Vitto Brown, but now it looks like this has become a triple threat match.

As was posted by Scott Phillips of NBC Sports’ College Basketball Talk, benchwarmer Riley Dearring has recorded his own diss track aimed at Hayes, throwing down the gauntlet despite averaging just 2.6 minutes per game his freshman season.

It just goes to show that just when you think a rap battle is over, it’s really only just beginning.

Hayes is likely going to be the main go-to guy on Wisconsin in the 2015-16 season now that Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker have been drafted into the NBA, and Brown is expected to have a bigger role as well.

Thus, perhaps Brown and Dearring should choose their words wisely, lest they want to start an on-court feud with a teammate.

Then again, maybe the three do this to each other all the time? Either way, I think a call to Epic Rap Battles of History is in order!
