Georgia comes into the season ranked ninth in the Coaches Poll and is the overwhelming favorite to win the SEC East. Nick Chubb is a legitimiate heisman candidate, and the defense is now a year older and should be more familiar with Jeremy Pruitt’s system.
Mark Richt and his team are looking for their first SEC Championship since 2005.
The Bulldogs will open their season on September 5th against Louisiana-Monroe.
