We have previously seen a sneak peek at a new alternate helmet for the Oklahoma State Cowboys this season, but now we have a clearer look thanks to Pistols Firing.
The website shared a photo that was passed along by a reader which clearly shows the new “icy white” alternate helmet with an oversized Pistol Pete on the side. the center of the helmet is dressed up with a silver stripe and black outline.
While we have seen helmets of this nature before — just remember Boise State’s all-white/silver look — it’s hard not to be impressed.
You know the recruits will love the helmet and Pete’s mustache game is on point.
