We ended last season with the inaugural College Football Playoff, as the Ohio State Buckeyes were able to upend the Oregon Ducks in the national championship game.
The other two teams involved in the four-team playoff were the Florida State Seminoles and Alabama Crimson Tide.
As it turns out, the four teams participating were held to a very high standard. Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich said at Pac-12 Media Days that his team was the only one of the four College Football Playoff teams to be drug tested.
However, according to FOX Sports, all four teams were selected for random drug testing.
Oregon wide receiver Darren Carrington was one of the only players to be named as a player suspended for failing a drug test during the playoff.
Now that this report has surfaced, teams will know next year that there is a good chance they will have to stay clean.
