Ohio State adds new championship Buckeye leaf to jersey

The back of the Ohio State Buckeyes’ jerseys feature a Buckeye leaf for each of the team’s previous national championships. Earlier this year, Ohio State was able to bring home their eighth national title in the inaugural College Football Playoff and now their jerseys have been updated.

However, instead of putting the eighth title next in line, they decided to create their own row to center the newest championship.

While the placement of the leaf doesn’t change the meaning, there are some Ohio State fans who seem to have mixed feelings about the way the newest addition to the jersey looks.
