Class of 2016 four-star power forward Wenyen Gabriel, out of Massachusetts’ Wilbraham & Monson Academy, near Springfield, has narrowed his list of potential schools down to five.
ESPN’s Adam Finkelstein reported those five as Duke, Providence, Maryland, Kentucky and UConn.

Any of those five schools would be incredibly blessed to land Gabriel, as he is an athletically built power forward at 6-foot-9, 195 pounds. Once he fills out a bit more, he has the potential to be a strong player in the paint as well as one who can flash some range with his shooting. At this point, Duke is considered the favorite.
Regardless of where he ends up, however, Gabriel is a unique talent and should be an immediate contributor once the 2016-17 season starts.
