Alabama requests media stop reporting on “what is seen” at practice

As the college football season approaches, fans are searching for any information they can get on their favorite team. Camp rumors are beginning to heat up and one school in particular is not too fond of what the media is reporting.

What school is that you ask? None other than the University of Alabama.

Aaron Suttles, who writes for the Tuscaloosa News, explained on Twitter what exactly Nick Saban has requested going forward.

The situation could be worse. Saban has the option to close all practices to the media, but instead he chose to politely ask that they limit certain news. Dan Wolken of USA today took this announcement one step further and seems to think that something very unusual is going on down in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama is expected to compete for the SEC West crown again this year, but Wolken may be on to something. When have you ever remembered so many questions surrounding a Saban lead team?

Bama fans might just have to settle on being the second best team in the state this year.
