Alabama gives broadcaster Eli Gold 2014 SEC title ring

The Alabama Crimson Tide have made a great gesture for a man who has been involved with the program for his more than two decades of work that were dedicated to the program.

Eli Gold, who has been broadcasting ‘Bama football games since 1988, took to Twitter to show fans the gift he was awarded.

The photo shows Gold holding off his brand new 2014 SEC Championship ring which was sent to him from the Crimson Tide. After being a broadcaster for six SEC titles, it is great to see Gold finally get a ring.
