Summer highlight mixtape of Kansas SG LaGerald Vick

The Kansas Jayhawks are continuously one of the top basketball programs in the nation. This year is expected to be no different. For the 2014-15 season, LaGerald Vick is expected to be a big piece of the Jayhawks’ potential success, but he has to step up and prove that his skill transfers to the college game after a big high school season last year.

Vick committed to Kansas as a four-star shooting guard and a new highlight video has been released to show just how talented the shooting guard is.

At 6-foot-5 and 185 pounds,  Vick is going to step into a very large role as a freshman and Bill Self has done very well with young players in recent history. Self is one of the best coaches at developing talen, which is a big reason that he gets top recruits year after year.

It will be interesting to see what kind of numbers he ends up recording as a freshman during the 2015-16 season.

Expect to see the young guard step up and be exactly what the Jayhawks brought him on board to be. Vick isn’t going to be a 20-point scorer each and every night, but he is going to bring that threat to the table every game.
