LSU releases ‘Saturday Night in Death Valley’ hype video

LSU’ Tiger Stadium in Baton Rogue is famously known as “Death Valley.” One of the scariest places to play in all of college football is in Baton Rogue on a Saturday night. The Tigers have only lost four Saturday night home games since the Nick Saban era.

Nobody really knows why the Tigers play so much better at night, but it really is true. Maybe it’s the fans being that much more intoxicated or maybe the team has actually embraced the “Tigers hunt at night” mantra. Either way, LSU’s most recent hype video is pretty amazing.

College Spun shared the hype video titled “Saturday Night in Death Valley” that features clips of the team’s Saturday night games. It was easily one of the most intimidating videos this entire offseason.

If you’re a Tiger fan, that video will absolutely give you chills. It is a perfect way to represent what the Tigers bring to the field every Saturday night.

LSU has their first home night game in the opener as they host McNeese State on September 5.
