If you were hoping for some positive news surrounding Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley, well, don’t go asking head coach Mark Richt.
Scott-Wesley suffered a knee injury during practice last week and this weekend Richt commented on his status.
Looking at Richt’s comments, it is hard to be positive.
Justin Scott-Wesley injury now looking bleaker. Richt: “I’m not sure we’ll see Justin for awhile, if at all.”

Scott-Wesley has undergone his fair share of injuries over the year, including a torn ACL and meniscus. So, it is understandable that Richt doesn’t want to rush the wide receiver back onto the field before he is 100 percent.
However, that means the Bulldogs’ wide receiver depth is going to be very suspect entering the season.
There is one small glimmer of hope for Scott-Wesley, though. According to offensive lineman Kolton Houston, he has been able to run on the sidelines while spending time on the stationary bike.
