Arkansas star freshman arrested, faces multiple charges

Arkansas Razorbacks freshman tight end C.J. O’Grady was arrested Friday and is facing multiple charges including DWI, minor in possession of alcohol, no taillight and no proof of insurance. The charges were announced by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and O’Grady was booked this morning at 6:34 a.m.

A four-star freshman and purely local product out of Fayetteville High School, O’Grady is now almost definitely facing some sort of team discipline with the start of the season so closeby. Though the charges aren’t the worst he could be facing by any means, they are still serious enough that he likely won’t be let off with a mere slap on the wrist.

Campus Sports will update this story as more information becomes available.

Arkansas opens the season at home against UTEP on September 5.
