Video: Les Miles mic’d up for new SEC Network show

The LSU Tigers kickoff their season a week from Saturday and they have been getting amped up for the entire summer. One person who is really excited for the season to begin is head coach Les Miles and he showed that when he was mic’d up at a recent practice.

ESPN shared the video that was a preview for a new SEC Network show called SEC Inside that gives fans an inside look of what an everyday practice in the SEC is like. They had the coach wired for the practice and he was also figuratively wired himself.

I’m sure this is just a small glimpse of what Miles is like at practice. I found it pretty funny how much he kept mentioning to the players and coaches how nice of a day they were having. That doesn’t happen very often in middle of August in the South.

I think fans of all SEC teams are going to enjoy this new show, but not as much as they are going to enjoy the start of the season next week. The Tigers open the season on September 5 when they host McNeese State.
