Montana’s Jamaal Jones gaining NFL attention after opener

After 12th  ranked Montana opened the 2015 season with an upset win over top ranked North Dakota State, senior receiver Jamaal Jones is getting some earned respect from senior NFL Draft analyst Dane Bugler via Twitter.

Jones, a former transfer from Washington, played lights out, hauling in eight catches for 119 yards and a touchdown. Jones looks to be the go to target for the Montana Griz at 6-1, 190 lbs. Last season Jones finished with 1,032 yards receiving and 8 touchdowns last year for Montana.

This year Jones is believed to be Montana’s top NFL Draft prospect for 2016.

Jones and the Griz will look to stay hot against Cal Poly Saturday Sept. 5 at 8 p.m.
