Kansas flops, loses to South Dakota State, 41-38

In a game at Memorial Stadium, Big 12 member Kansas had its hands full during the first half against Missouri Valley’s South Dakota State.

Trailing most of the game, Kansas kept the Jackrabbits relatively quiet.

However trying to comeback in the second half, posting only 14 points to South Dakota State’s 31 in the first two quarters, Kansas made one of Saturday’s first bloopers of week one, fumbling a ball that was supposedly intended for a spiked ball to freeze the clock.
