College football hasn’t failed to produce SC Top 10 honorary plays, including a game-winning hail mary from BYU’s Tanner Mangum, which helped the Cougars to their season’s first victory against Nebraska of the Big Ten, 33-28.
It was a manic and berserk game for a contest that featured a back-and-forth in the first quarter, yet each team managed to blank the other in quarters two and three (Q2 – BYU 17 Nebraska 0, Q3 – Nebraska 14 BYU 0) with BYU shutting Nebraska out in the fourth, 9-0.
With one second left on the clock, Mangum flicked a 42-yard long ball to recipient Mitch Matthews, who closed out statistically at three receptions, 69 yards and two touchdowns.

Taysom Hill would eventually fall down , re-aggravating his sprain from last season as he finished the day with one passing touchdown and two rushing touchdowns. Although he was shut down for the day, it’s unclear if Hill will miss any additional time.
