Ezekiel Elliott may not be allowed to wear his jersey as a crop top during games anymore (thanks, NCAA. Jerks), but that didn’t stop him from rocking it during warm-ups! Of course, a picture of Elliott and his signature look was captured prior to the game, which can be seen on College Spun.
It’s easy to see why Elliott would prefer to wear his jersey as such in warm-ups. It’s probably comfier, doesn’t make his belly sweat profusely, and the breeze sure as hell feels great.
But having to wear his jersey conventionally sure hasn’t affected Elliott’s abilities on the field. With Ohio State up 42-17 with just under six minutes to go, Elliott has 122 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries to go with two catches for 16 yards.
Needless to say, no matter how he wears his jersey, he’s bound for a Heisman-caliber 2015.
