Braxton Miller has already had one highlight this evening on a 24-yard diving reception, but he was far from being done. Ohio State trailed the Virginia Tech Hokies 17-14 at halftime, but it didn’t take long for quarterback Cardale Jones to connect on a 54-yard touchdown with Miller to start the second half.
Finding a big play wide receiver was a priority this offseason for Ohio State and they obviously have one in Miller.
It will be a very interesting second half between the Buckeyes and Hokies, as both teams have been competitive all night. Ohio State is without question the better team, but the pressure is entirely on their shoulders. Frank Beamer and the Hokies are simply giving everything they have and they are looking very good while doing it.
Check out the 54-yard connection between Jones and Miller to put Ohio State up 21-17 over Virginia Tech.
