Oklahoma DC Mike Stoops trolls Finebaum after 2OT win

A gentleman known for bashing anything outside of the SEC, including a reference to Florida State fans as “the worst,” Paul Finebaum isn’t attracting all that much love from Oklahoma’s defensive coordinator Mike Stoops either, whose brother, Mark (head coach at Kentucky), was interviewed earlier in the week on the Paul Finebaum Show.

At the rate of Oklahoma’s parched offense in the first-half that included lost fumbles and an interception in their opening drive, probability wasn’t on the side of the Sooners.

Baker Mayfield couldn’t grease up the elbow gas, despite the many gifts the Sooners defense gave to him and new offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley failed to bring his troops together for the first three-fourths of the meeting.

Though one of Oklahoma’s sloppiest starts against Tennessee, the Big 12 member plowed through adversity and managed to win 34-27 after a deferred coin toss in the first overtime led to first possession in the second overtime.
