Ronda Rousey on her emotional side: I cry before every fight

Ronda Rousey is one of the baddest women on the planet. She is also known for her intense focus as she makes her way to the Octagon each and every time to defend her title.

However, it appears that there is a different version of the UFC women’s bantamweight champion backstage before making the walk accompanied by Joan Jett’s “Bad Reputation.”

Rousey was recently a guest on the Ellen Degeneres show and shared a very interesting detail.

Everyone who has paid attention to Rousey knows that she wears her heart on her sleeve, but right before she makes the walk to the cage, all of those emotions boil over and she lets loose.

Rousey says she is “the biggest crier” and that she cries before every single fight.

All that goes to show is Rousey lets any lingering emotion out of her body before she steps into the cage full of focus and free of distraction. Those tears may just be the key to her greatness.
