‘Alabama Sign Girl’ sounds off on fans that left early

After a sluggish beginning to the Alabma/Ole Miss rivalry, a sudden explosion from Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly and his offensive playmakers widened the opened cut that many Alabama players and fans wanted to avoid…especially in Tuscaloosa.

For the most part, history was against Ole Miss, since the only benefit was Alabama’s recent – and now clarified – past of succumbing to losses to teams that start with the letter, “O.” On the other hand, Ole Miss had a 55 percent chance of coming away with a victory, regardless of not winning back-to-back games against Alabama since the early twentieth century.

Coining herself the “Alabama Sign Girl,” Hannah Stephens, a graduate of Alabama, felt obliged to address her disgust with Roll Tide Nation after the stands seemed to empty and she also separates the real Alabama fans from the ones tagging along on the bandwagon.

If a genuine Ohio State fan, other than Joey Bosa who told Buckeye fans to calm down, wants to come forward and express their team’s lack of juice against Northern Illinois, then the world of Twitter is waiting for your words.

Given, though, Hannah’s act will be hard to follow.
