Report: Duke lands four-star PF Javin DeLaurier

The Duke Blue Devils have reportedly landed a big name talent in the 2016 recruiting class. According to multiple media reports, Duke was received a commitment from four-star power forward Javin DeLaurier.

DeLaurier is a standout at Charlottesville (Va.) St. Anne’s-Belfield School.

Top-50 prospect Javin Montgomery-DeLaurier confirms to ESPN he has committed to Duke.

At 6-foot-9, 205-pounds, DeLaurier already has some impressive size. Once he hits the weight room on campus, he will be able to bulk up and become even more of a force low in the paint.

DeLaurier also had offers from Notre Dame, Texas and Stanford, but ultimately chose the Blue Devils.
