There’s pandering to the masses, and then there’s Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina raising the bar in that department.
You see, Fiorina went to Stanford, the very same university that is playing Iowa in the Rose Bowl later this afternoon. However, despite her ties to the Cardinal, Fiorina has announced on Twitter that she’s rooting for Iowa today!
Love my alma mater, but rooting for a Hawkeyes win today. #RoseBowl

Hmmm…why would Fiorina root for Iowa? Oh, right! The Iowa caucuses are in February and she’s trying to win favor with GOP voters in the Hawkeye State!
Regardless of Fiorina’s reasons, the Rose Bowl is a must-watch. Be sure to tune in at 5 p.m. ET for what should be a great game!
