Alabama takes 11-point lead on Kenyan Drake kickoff return for touchdown

The Alabama Crimson Tide got a lot of momentum behind them after converting on an amazing onside kick. It was then time for them to pull off another great play on the other side of special teams.

Clemson had just went down and scored a field goal to make the score 31-27. On the ensuing kickoff for the Crimson Tide, running back Kenyan Drake got the ball at his own 5-yard line and raced down the sideline 95 yards for the touchdown.

This gave the Crimson Tide their largest lead of the night as they went up 38-27 with just over seven minutes left in the game. That onside kick may have been all they needed to pull away from the Tigers, but you can’t count out the undefeated ACC champions.
