Microsoft updates Xbox One backwards compatibility offerings


Microsoft’s catalog of Xbox 360 games that will run on the Xbox One continues to grow as the company has added 10 more titles to the consoles backwards compatibility list.

In addition to the new games, Microsoft will be releasing titles for the console as they become available rather than waiting for set times to do so. Great news for all!

The full list of new offerings can be found below:

  • Aegis Wing
  • Age of Booty
  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
  • Sam & Max Save the World
  • Skullgirls
  • Small Arms
  • Soulcalibur
  • Space Giraffe
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings


Microsoft also revealed that from today until February 5, Xbox 360 and Xbox One players can play The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings – Enhanced Edition absolutely free on their consoles. It’s an amazing game, and one definitely worth playing. Besides, it’s free!
