Former Texas Tech QB Davis Webb officially signs with Colorado

Former Texas Tech quarterback Davis Webb has officially signed a letter of intent to play at Colorado, according to Buffalos co-offensive coordinator Darrin Chiaverini.

A former four-star recruit from the Dallas area, Webb threw for 5,557 yards and 46 touchdowns before being supplanted by Patrick Mahomes. As a graduate transfer, he will be immediately eligible to play for Colorado.

Given how the Buffs went 4-9 (1-8 Pac-12) in 2015, Webb should help provide immediate improvement and leadership on offense.
