PS Plus free this weekend

If you’re one of the many that don’t like paying for the multiplayer subscription service known as PS Plus from Sony, you can finally whet your appetite for multiplayer gaming.

Starting today (February 19) and lasting until 3am ET on Monday, February 21, those without a PS Plus account in North America will be able to play online multiplayer for any game they own. From the newly released Street Fighter V to Call of Duty: Black Ops III, there is sure to be no shortage of games for those without the service to dive into this weekend.

PS Plus costs $49.99 for a one year subscription, $17.99 for three months or $9.99 for a single month.

PS Plus members also get the benefit of receiving monthly games for free on their console just by being a member. In order to play them, however, you must remain a member of the service.
