The Cleveland Browns are reportedly hoping to re-sign wide receiver Travis Benjamin, but it appears as though they will have some fierce competition for the speedy wideouts services during NFL Free Agency.
According to Tony Pauline, there are two teams ready to get “in the hunt” for the former Miami Hurricane.
Per Pauline, the buzz at the combine is that the San Diego Chargers and Atlanta Falcons have their eyes on Benjamin.

For the Chargers and Falcons, adding the speedster makes a lot of sense.
With Keenan Allen and Julio Jones locked in as clear-cut No. 1 receivers respectively, a fast option on the opposite side of the field would work wonders for both offenses and could allow Philip Rivers or Matt Ryan to take their game to the next level.
Benjamin is only 26 years old, so there will likely be plenty of other interest on the open market. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out in a matter of weeks.
