The 2016 NFL Draft is full of talented quarterbacks. One of the most intriguing at the position is Ohio State’s Cardale Jones, who led the Buckeyes to a national championship in 2015 before losing the starting job last season.
If teams were to look at tapes of Jones, they would see glimpses of brilliance but also times when he struggled.
But, one thing is for sure: Jones has a cannon for an arm.
To prepare for the draft, Jones has been working out with George Whitfield and the quarterback guru had plenty of praise for Jones’ arm strength.

Just talked to QB guru George Whitfield on Cardale Jones: “I haven’t seen anything like his arm, and I’ve been around a lot of quarterbacks”

More than likely, Jones will be a mid to late-round draft pick. But if a team is willing to sit and develop Jones, they might find a diamond in the rough.
