CoSIDA names basketball Academic All-America teams

Today, the College Sports Information Directors of America named the men’s and women’s Academic All-America teams. This year, two of the men’s and women’s Academic All-America of the Year awards were taken by members of the Iowa Hawkeyes men’s and women’s basketball teams.

Ally Disterhoft and Jarrod Uthoff took home the honors, they are the first two ever, to have both men’s and women’s honors from the same school.

Congrats to Ally Disterhoft, Jarrod Uthoff on earning the highest academic honor in their sport. #Hawkeyes
