Kentucky is hitting their stride at just the right time, ending the postseason with a comfortable 94-77 win over freshman wünderkind Ben Simmons and the LSU Tigers. While the Wildcats look destined for a March that includes the NCAA tournament, LSU is likely headed to NIT land after the SEC conference tournament.
Notably frustrated by the loss and quite possibly his team’s late season dive, Simmons had some interesting insights to share on Kentucky point guard Tyler Ulis.

Moody, of course, plays for SEC rival Ole Miss, and it should be noted that Simmons has taken the most free throws in the entire SEC, and fourth most in Division I across the nation.
Now, Simmons definitely is incredible as a player, but as an analyst not so much. Hopefully he’s putting more effort into studying the game than he is studying in class. Still shouldn’t hold him back from being selected first overall come June though.
