CNN reporter live tweets from Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit proceedings

Oh yeah, brother… is probably not what Hulk Hogan is saying or thinking throughout his lawsuit proceedings against Gawker. The Hulkster is suing the online media site for $100 million after Gawker posted about one minute and 40 seconds of footage from an approximately 30 minute long sex tape with Hulk Hogan aka Terry Bollea as the star.

Bollea’s former friend and questionable Hulkamaniac Bubba the Love Sponge Clem (that is his legal name) video taped Hulk Hogan having sex with his wife – without the Hulkster’s knowledge. Not exactly a chill move, hence why they are now FORMER friends.

Gawker claims that they were given the footage via an anonymous source, and defends itself saying that Bollea often discussed details of his sex life, stoking public fascination that, they say, made the topic fair game for journalists — a matter of “public concern,” which jives with the First Amendment.

In particular, they said, the existence of the tape had been publicly discussed in the news media, and by Mr. Bollea himself, for several months before Gawker posted the excerpts.

If it sounds like a circus, it probably is, hence why a CNN reporter live tweeted it for our pleasure.

Well at least you don’t have to worry about The Rock taking your woman Hulk.

Reality TV marriages either end in divorce or the husband turns himself into a woman, a la Caitlyn Jenner.
