Colin Kaepernick drawing interest from Browns, Jets

It is pretty clear that the San Francisco 49ers’ fans don’t want to see Colin Kaepernick in their clubhouse going forward. However, with new head coach Chip Kelly as the reigns, there’s no telling what they could do.

Right now, there are two teams that could be interested in bringing him in, possibly on a trade deal. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter both the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets are interested in trading for Colin Kaepernick.

This could be especially interesting for the Browns, who have the second overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. If they were to land Kaepernick, they might pass on Carson Wentz or Jared Goff with their pick and either trade that away or take a player like defensive end Joey Bosa or defensive back Jalen Ramsey.

For the Jets, it would be interesting seeing as how they have a proven leader in Ryan Fitzpatrick, who may be leaving very soon. Kapernick could be brought in and play behind a very strong offensive line.

What do you think, football fans? Should the Browns or Jets trade for Colin Kaepernick or should the try to find their next guy in the Draft?
