NCAA Tournament 2016: NBA stars put on college unis ahead of big dance

The 2016 NCAA Tournament starts this week, and a group of seven NBA players got together in conjunction with Nike to show off their respective college uniforms that they themselves wore when competing in the big dance.

Those seven were Aaron Gordon of the Orlando Magic, Kelly Olynyk of the Boston Celtics, Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers, DeMar DeRozan of the Toronto Raptors, Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors, DeMarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings and Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Each player had their own success in the tournament, with Green being the only one appearing in multiple Final Fours. He was a benchwarmer when Michigan State was runner-up to North Carolina in 2009 and saw extended time as a rotational player the following year when Michigan State made the Final Four.

Simply put, this is a great way to celebrate March Madness as these players are celebrating the path that got them where they are today, so be sure to keep an eye on Campus Sports for any and all updates from the NCAA Tournament!
