UFC 198: Anderson Silva to face Uriah Hall

The Ultimate Fighting Championship announced on Thursday that future UFC Hall of Famer Anderson Silva would be returning to the Octagon at UFC 198 against Uriah Hall.

Silva makes a quick turnaround from his most recent outing in February, which was a loss to Michael Bisping.

Now, Silva tries to rebound against a hungry, dynamic striker looking to turn this opportunity into a potential run up the middleweight rankings. Hall enters the bout coming off of a loss to Robert Whitaker, but he had previously hauled off two impressive TKO victories.

Silva, meanwhile, enters the bout without a win since 2010; he is 0-3, 1 NC in his last four.

UFC 198 is headlined by a heavyweight championship bout between title holder Fabricio Werdum and challenger Stipe Miocic. Also on the card are Brazilian legends Vitor Belfort, Shogun Rua, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and more.

The event takes place on May 14 at Arena da Baixada in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil.
