Art Briles invites Jim Harbaugh and his staff to Baylor camp

At least there’s one coach down south that isn’t afraid of Jim Harbaugh making trips into their territory. So much so that they’re inviting the Michigan coach and his staff to their own camp.

That’s exactly what Baylor head coach Art Briles is doing, inviting his Michigan counterpart to bring his staff along to participate in a Baylor camp in Waco this summer. This isn’t the first time the two have visited with each other, as Briles made the trip up to Ann Arbor to visit the Michigan program not too long ago.

The Big 12 is yet to air their grievances with Harbaugh’s traveling camps and appearances, but they can’t really say anything in this situation as they’re being invited by one of their own conference coaches. Suffice to say the SEC would not be happy if say, Kirby Smart invited Harbaugh down (although judging from his comments on Harbaugh, Smart won’t be inviting him to Athens anytime soon).

Is a Baylor-Michigan home-and-home on the horizon? Or are we just going to see more Texas recruits committing to the Wolverines?
