Photo: UNC players took epic selfie after punching Final Four ticket

North Carolina did much better than the rest of the No. 1 seeds in the NCAA Tournament over the weekend, as it was the only one to make the Final Four, and the Tar Heels celebrated in an epic fashion on the court.

In a picture posted to the Tar Heels’ official Twitter, the players took an incredible selfie that highlighted everyone’s excitement.

There are many great things about this picture, namely Brice Johnson being front and center, but let’s not forget the others! Marcus Paige looks as happy as a clam. Kennedy Meeks is pointing square at the camera and looking confident, which he should since North Carolina had 32 rebounds to Notre Dame’s 15 for the entire game. The only one missing from the photo is Hall of Fame coach Roy Williams but that’s fine, because this moment was clearly all about the players.

Next for the Tar Heels are the red hot No. 10 Syracuse Orange. Tip-off is slated for 8:49 p.m. ET on TBS on Saturday, so be sure to tune in and stay tuned to Campus Sports for any and all updates from the NCAA Tournament!
