The Final Four finally takes place tonight at Houston’s NRG Stadium, and the action starts on TV in just a few hours.
A pair of No. 2 seeds in the Villanova Wildcats and Oklahoma Sooners will clash first in a true matchup of offense vs. defense, and Sooners star 2-guard Buddy Hield will look to continue his excellent NCAA Tournament performance.
But the bigger game happens second, when No. 1 North Carolina faces a No. 10 Syracuse team that nobody expected to get this far, let alone make the NCAA Tournament. It’s a matchup of a 2015-16 powerhouse vs. pure heart and determination, not to mention experience vs. youth, so it’s going to be interesting to see if the Orange can continue their Cinderella run with an upset of the Tar Heels.
