Greg McElroy says he will return EA Sports check if video game returns

There is no question that people all around the country miss the old EA Sports “NCAA Football” video game franchise. A game has not been released since 2013 because of the Ed O’Bannon case and it looks like former Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy really wants to see the game return.

EA Sports just reached a settlement with the athletes that claimed their likeness was used in the games and they have just started sending out checks. McElroy took to Twitter and said he would voluntarily send his check back if the game were to return.

Greg McElroy, who now works as an analyst for ESPN on SEC Network, is one of the most recognizable faces to come out of college football. I am sure many former players have to agree with the former Alabama Crimson Tide.
