Video: Rutgers contributes to the ‘Running Man Challenge’

The “Running Man Challenge” has rocked collegiate sports organizations everywhere as of late. The Maryland and Villanova baseball teams kicked off the trend, with many following their lead, including the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. The dance is set to Ghost Town DJ’s 1996 hit “My Boo,” and has overtaken many a college team.

The latest edition in the viral craze comes from the Rutgers football team. The video begins as a typical one-on-one Ring of Honor drill but quickly dissolves into the Running Man Challenge.

The Rutgers Football Twitter page tweeted out the video, today and its instantly become one of the most favored Challenge videos out there.

Rutgers set the bar high for this challenge so it’ll be interesting to see who steps up next and puts in their contribution to this popular trend. Some have hinted that Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines should show their stuff, next.
