Five-star recruit Demetris Robertson is the last player in the football recruiting class of 2016 to have made his decision. He has run into a myriad of academic issues, but it seems like things have now straightened out over the last few months and he looks to be closing in on his decision.
According to Alex McQuade of WXIA in Atlanta, the five-star ATH will make his decision live on their website at 1 p.m. Sunday. from the College Football Hall of Fame downtown. He will reportedly choose between Georgia, California, and Notre Dame.
He had delayed his decision on National Signing Day so he could raise his SAT scores high enough to get into Stanford. That didn’t come to fruition, but he will certainly make an impact wherever he lands.
Demteris Robertson, a Savannah, Georgia native, has signed financial aid agreements, which are not binding, with Cal and Georgia Tech. It guarantees him a spot on the team if he enrolls, but does not force him to go to those schools.
The Savannah Christian standout committed to Alabama during his sophomore season, but changed his decision soon after.
