Kevin Durant won’t consider reunion with James Harden

Kevin Durant is the hottest name in NBA Free Agency this offseason and there has been plenty of speculation about what the Oklahoma City Thunder star will do on the open market.

One thing we can rule out, however, appears to be a possible reunion with James Harden in Houston.

The Houston Rockets are pursuing the star Thunder forward, but it doesn’t look like he is interested. ESPN’s Marc Stein reported that Durant has ruled out joining the Rockets.

Earlier this week, a photo of Durant and Harden eating together at a restaurant surfaced, sparking conversation that the Rockets were trying to recruit him. However, Durant claims that because of his relationship with Harden, nothing is out of the ordinary for them.

Many believe Durant will return to the Thunder on a one-year deal, so he can hit free agency in 2017 at the same time as fellow Thunder star Russell Westbrook.

Only time will tell where Durant will come home for the next few years of his NBA career.
