One of the most highly criticized players throughout the NBA Playoffs has been Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green. This postseason, Green’s style of play has come into question after multiple incidents involving his limbs and opponents family jewels.
However, despite his on-court actions which ultimately led to a suspension for Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers, one man who knows Green is coming to his defense.
Green’s former college coach, Michigan State Spartans head coach Tom Izzo, recently appeared on The Dan Patrick Show and shared his support for his ex-player.
While Green may toe the line and push things to the limit, Izzo has nothing bad to say about the Warriors key contributor saying, “I’ll take 100 Draymond Greens.”
