The Baylor Bears are set to lose another signee within the Big 12 as Parrish Cobb officially signed with the Oklahoma Sooners on Friday afternoon.
Cobb, a four-star defensive back recruit, was released from his National Letter of Intent at Baylor after the firing of former head coach Art Briles with the program deep in a sexual assault scandal.
Jessica Morrey of KCEN in Oklahoma passed along the news.

Now that Cobb is no longer part of Baylor’s Class of 2016, the Bears have lost half of their 2016 recruiting class.
Cobb, a standout from Waco, Texas, was the No. 15-ranked cornerback in his class. It’s safe to say Bob Stoops and the Sooners will be more than pleased to benefit from the loss of a conference rival.
