2017 4-Star CB Jamyest Williams drops top 5

Entering his senior season of football, star corner back Jamyest Williams had received nearly 50 offers from several prestigious programs across the nation. Now, he has narrowed down that long list. Williams officially released his much-awaited top 5 on Twitter through a video this Sunday afternoon.

The teams the young CB will be choosing between are: Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Listed as the No. 7 corner back in the nation by 247 Sports, Williams will most certainly be a catch for whichever program he chooses. During his high school career in Lawrenceville, GA, the 5’9, 180-pounder has excelled on both sides of the field, successfully playing the RB, SB, and CB positions.

According to both the 247Sports Crystal Ball Prediction and numerous other reports, Williams will likely become a a member of the South Carolina Gamecocks. So far, Williams himself has not indicated that the school is his preferred program, though.
